Little Spring Farm

Little Spring Farm is a vibrant community of over 500 households, offering a blend of convenience, recreation, and connection for residents of all ages.

Enjoy the outdoors with a scenic nature trail that winds throughout the neighborhood—perfect for walking, jogging, or simply taking in the surroundings. Residents can also relax by the pond, where a bench provides a peaceful spot to unwind, or enjoy fishing on cool, quiet mornings. 

Our clubhouse serves as a central gathering space for the community. It is available for resident rentals, hosts HOA Board Meetings, and the Annual Resident Meeting. Throughout the year, residents can also enjoy a variety of social events, including bunco nights and live music at our annual pool party.

Residents have access to a swimming pool, open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day—an ideal spot to relax, cool off, and spend time with neighbors during the summer months. A separate kids pool provides a safe and fun space for younger residents to enjoy the water as well.

Located within the clubhouse, the fitness center provides convenient access to essential workout equipment. This includes treadmills, ellipticals, and exercise bikes for cardio, as well as power racks, adjustable benches, and free weights for strength training.
